- The survey was conducted in 14 provinces: Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Gia Lai, Dac Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong.
- Designing study, training for researchers.
- Doing the field work to collect data about KAP of mothers on safe motherhood, family planning; reproductive health care equipment at health facilities.
