- The project was conducted in 7 commune of 3 district of Thai Binh province and Ha Noi city. Each district have 1 commune control.
- Conducted input survey at 7 communes cases and 3 communes control
- Providing interventions to strengthen adolescents’ health in project communes.
- Conducted output survey at 7 communes cases and 3 communes control

- Write training document & train health staff, teacher, pupil, about adolescent health and HIV/AIDS prevention

- Conducted interviews with questionnaire and used the qualitative study method to collect information on the real operating situation of the district MCH/FP teams, village health workers.
- Processed data, wrote final report
