    - Do survey in 60 communes of 2 provinces Cao Bang and Son La supported by GTZ from 2007-2009 (30 communes each province).
    - Conduct a KAP assessment on health insurance, RH care services and STDs, HIV/AIDS prevention of 215 service providers, 242 managers of Population/RH program, 362 educators, 600 women in reproductive age, 600 men and 600 adolescents aged 15-24.
    - Conduct in-depth interview with 77 ones who are leaders of localities, managers of Population/RH program, HIV control program, health insurance program.
    Practical work done by the institution’s staff:
    - Designing the study and developing the training materials
    - Conducting both quantitative and qualitative survey.
    - Interviewing the targets, project staffs and shop-assistants
    - Processing collected data and writing reports
    - Holding workshops to present findings at each province

    - Conducted in 11 UNFPA-supported provinces of the Sixth Country Program and 7 UNFPA provinces of the Seventh Country Program.
    - Assessed the infrastructure, equipment for provision of RH care services in 14 provincial hospitals (11 old provinces and 3 new ones), 14 RH care centers, 56 district hospitals, 420 communal health centers.
    - Conducted a KAP assessment on provision of RH care services for women, adolescents of 1400 service providers.
    - Conducted a KAP assessment on HIV prevention of 2940 adolescent, 2940 women and 2940 men in the 14 provinces.
    - Conducted a KAP assessment on provision of RH care services for women, adolescents of 300 managers of RH care program, 300 managers of Population/RH program, 300 Population/RH educators in the 3 provinces of the 7th country program.
    - Collected data were processed, reports were written

    - The project was conducted in Nghe An hospital of pediatrics, distric-level hospitals of Thanh Chuong, Tuong Duong, Dien Chau and 30 communes in three above districts;
    - Survey on actual situation of provision in hospital of pediatrics and three district-level hospitals;
    - Conducted a KAP assessment on provision of child health care services of 400 health staff in Nghe An hospital of pediatrics, district hospitals of the 3 districts and 30 communal health centers.
    - Conducted a KAP assessment on child health care of 3000 women having children under 5
    - Identified the rate, causes of death of children under 15.
